Transfers Magazine, Issue 2, Fall 2018

We invite you to read the new issue of Transfers, a biannual digital magazine from the Pacific Southwest Region University Transportation Center produced and edited by ITS staff and students. With editorial leadership from UCLA professors Donald Shoup and Martin Wachs, Transfers distills expert knowledge on a wide range of transportation topics into tangible links to action.

The Fall 2018 issue is now available and includes an opinion piece by UCI's own Cody Nehiba, a PhD candidate in the Department of Economics.
