This page
is intended for you to enter a list of locations you frequently visit (at least
once a month).
The list on the left of this
form is a list of locations (e.g., shopping plazas) in Irvine, Newport Beach,
and Costa Mesa. The description of each location begins with the name of the
plaza, followed by the streets where it is located, and a few specific stores
in this plaza. For example,

and Culver (Target, Mervyn's)
Please review locations in this
list and select the ones you and your family frequently visit (i.e., at least
once per month). Move these locations to the right to build your family's list
of Frequent Locations.
