Chief Administrative Officer, ITS-Irvine

Under the general direction of the Director of the Institute of Transportation Studies (ITS) and the Director of the Interdisciplinary Graduate Program in Transportation Science, Ms. Tran independently directs the daily administrative operations of ITS and the Transportation Science Graduate Program. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, coordinating, supervising and managing all programs, budget and financial operations, faculty, graduate student and staff personnel, contract and grant and fellowship administration, space and facilities, operational programs (e.g. purchasing, travel, coordination of conferences, and seminars) and serves as Graduate Coordinator of the Transportation Science Graduate Program.
