Fran Inman

As Senior Vice President of Majestic Realty Co., Fran directs government relations and community affairs activities for one of the nation’s largest privately held commercial real estate development companies, and is also a Commissioner of the California Transportation Commission (CTC), where she has served as Chair and Vice-Chair of CTC during her tenure since 2010. CTC is responsible for programming and allocating funds for the construction of highway, passenger rail, transit and active transportation improvements throughout California, and advises and assists the Secretary of the California State Transportation Agency and the Legislature in formulating and evaluating state policies and plans for California’s transportation programs. Fran is also a founding member of the National Freight Advisory Committee, and FuturePorts, and is a long-time member of the Coalition of America’s Gateway and Trade Corridors. She is a board member of the California Business Roundtable, and has served as chair of the board of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce and of the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership. Fran is also a board member of several non-profits providing extended learning programs to more than 150,000 at-risk and low-income students daily across California, and to providing healthcare for the underserved.
