What activities should I enter to my Weekly Calendar on the beginning Sunday?

 

Please note, before the week begins, we do NOT want you to enter your hour-by-hour schedule for the coming week. Just enter the activities you KNOW FOR SURE that you will be doing on each day of the week.

These activities may include your regular activities (for example, work, school classes, regular exercise, pickup and drop off children, ...), appointments you had made for next week, and other activities that you had thought about doing before you run this program. Whatever you entered should be something that you already knew or thought about. Please do not intentionally plan and add more activities at this moment.

You do NOT need to enter activities such as when you are going to eat, sleep, or wash. But, if you know you will have a lunch meeting or if you are going out to dinner with friends or family, you should enter those activities. Also, you do NOT need to enter your travel between activities.

For each activity, you should enter only information you know or thought about. For example, I know I will go grocery shopping on Friday, but I have not thought about exactly when or where I will go. In that case I would enter grocery shopping on Friday but leave location and time as [I don't know]. If there is something you don't know, simply leave it as "I don't know". At this moment, do NOT force yourself to come up with all the details.
