Sarah has long played a key role in critical infrastructure projects at both local and state levels, having served as Chair, and member, of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Transportation Authority, as a founding member and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Southern California Regional Rail Authority (Metrolink), Acting Deputy Secretary of Transportation for the state of California, and as Project Manager for the Governor’s Infrastructure Commission on Building for the 21st Century. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the California-Nevada Super Speed Train Commission, and is also a Lecturer in the Department of Urban Planning and Public Policy at UCI.
